A terrible moment
Yesterday evening, I had a terrifying experience when I got stuck in the lift of my residential building. I was returning home when, suddenly, the lift stopped between two floors. At first, I panicked, but then I took a deep breath and pressed the emergency button. Unfortunately, there was no immediate response. The air inside felt stuffy, and I could feel my heart racing. Question:
In modern times, children are very dependent on tuitions after school. This trend does not allow children any time to pursue hobbies or have time left for leisure or self-study. Write a paragraph on this issue in about 120 words.
Answer:
Over dependency on tuitions
In today’s fast-paced world, children are becoming highly dependent on tuitions after school. The pressure to excel in academics has led parents to enroll their children in multiple coaching classes, leaving them with no time for hobbies, leisure, or self-study. This over-scheduled routine makes children mentally exhausted and limits their creativity. Instead of exploring their interests, they spend hours memorizing concepts without truly understanding them. Self-study is crucial for developing independent thinking and problem-solving skills, but the burden of tuitions takes away this opportunity. Moreover, leisure activities and hobbies help in personality development and mental relaxation. Parents and educators must strike a balance, allowing children to manage their studies while also engaging in activities that enhance their overall growth.
